For houses and converted homes, you need to prove to the building control that the property won’t use more than 125 liters of water per person each day. To show this, you provide calculations about how much water the property will use.
We also make sure that MHVR Systems (Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery) and intermittent extractor fans are working well and have the right airflow. We then send the results to building control.
These services are usually done along with a SAP Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), but you can ask for them separately if you need to.
